Chelsea interested in signing £3m Jack Butland –

Reports today have suggested that England's youngest ever goalkeeper is a £3m target for Chelsea from debt-ridden Birmingham City.

The 19 year-old has been linked with a move to Liverpool and a number of other Premiership sides, but denied any chance of a move away from the Championship club until the summer.

Butland wants first team football in order to maintain his development, but with Cech at the top of his game and Courtois developing into a player just as good (although less experienced), he would find struggle for his desired first team spot.
